"Absolutely beautiful Hôtel. Room was spotless. Incredible view. Staff were friendly and prompt. Pools and terraces were beautiful. Bed, pillows, towels and bath products all of high quality. I have not a single complaint. When I return to Sorrento, I will be staying again."

"This hotel is beautiful and has so much history. The views are magical and the restaurant, particularly our server, Giovanni, was phenomenal (best service we’ve ever had). "We booked this hotel expecting 5 Star treatment. We arranged trsfr from ferry to hotel they sent a very nice man in a tiny Fiat for 2 people and luggage. I sat with a suitcase on my lap one next to me and myself holding the hatchback closed cause our luggage didn't fit. After arriving we then climbed 77 stairs tired and exhausted from the travel.
