"Precio y calidad esta excelente . Tiene una vista bonita sin duda . Y la ubicacion si buscas algo cerca de los antros esta perfecto. Lo que si creo que deberian de checar son las camas , estan muy viejos los colchones en uno te hundes y el otro esta duro de resortes . El agua caliente no sirve solo dura menos de 1 minuto el agua caliente . Y eso fue todos los dias . El baño si esta un poco deteriorado pero pues hace su funcion . Ya todo lo demas esta completamente equipado"

"We did not sit by the pool. The buildings and lay out were somewhat odd and oversized. The room was great. We went north a ways to enjoy the beach, as there was too much weed on the beach and in the water to enjoy the beach by the resort. The other Westin location where we had the presentation was much nicer. Our concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable."

"Would I stay again hands down. Been place paid a lot more and got a lot less. Food selection on the area was limited. Thought the food at location and around it pricey . Definitely in the tourist zone. But if you find the grocery supermarket this was the place to spend at. If you don’t drink (hard alcohol prices), want quiet and a gorgeous view and scenery in Cancun. This is your spot: nice quiet tucked away location. 👍👍"

"La habitación estaba limpia, de hecho la limpieza fue a diario pero a mi hija se le desaparecieron un par de paquetes de parches para la cara, lo reportamos pero no hubo respuesta positiva. "

"The door key is a wrist band. Every time we left the room we had to go to the front desk to reset the key. This was quite annoying. "
