"We had a great star at this resort! The staff were amazing (shoutout to everyone that works here)! The pool and beach were fantastic, however I do have a major complaint - they need more sand on the beach volleyball court. Multiple people were smacking their knees and toes off of cement as there was the tiniest layer of sand over concrete. "This was my first time staying at the Iberostar Waves Tucan. The property grounds were very well kept, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was fantastic! I really enjoyed the entertainment each evening, and the entertainers and staff were very friendly and present throughout the day. Lots of activities to choose from every day, or you can just relax by the pool or ocean."

"Air conditioner in a room was so loud and was jumping in every 10 minutes. Horrible Wednesday dinner at la Pagoda restaurant shrimp with garlic sauce gave me food poisoning. Its Saturday and im still sick."
