"Our stay was great. The room was clean. We stayed in 802, we had partial view of ocean. Housekeeping was great. All the staff were very nice and helpful. I have a sea food allergy, they always told me what to stay away from or ensure to cook my dish separately. The nightly entertainment was great. Loved that activities are planned past 9pm. The night time foam party was so much fun. The day time pool parties are fun. The staff were so much fun, especially Ken. He is so funny and kept everyone...

"Es un hotel muy agradable y con todas las comodidades desafortunadamente los restaurantes temáticos no están a la altura, la comida es de mala calidad y la atención es lenta, excelente atención por parte de Jesús en recepción del beso y el que se lleva la mega mención es el señor Carlos del bufet, impresionante atención y calidez, Angélica de reservaciones de restaurantes me pidió que la nombrara en los comentarios, el spa es bonito pero incómodo que te sigan hasta la salida por una propina "
