"The whole experience was great. It was our first time to Cancun and it did not disappoint. From the food variety, entertainment, the pools, and the views it was very nice. Staff was very helpful and attentive. We stayed a whole week and the wait staff in the restaurant knew us and would get our tables ready. There was 20 of us but they always had our beverages filled and our area cleaned up. The hotel itself was beautiful and for the most part quiet. It's a little bit of a ways from the "party zone" but you could get transportation rather quickly. I guess the only thing I would warn people about was the casino...stay away they play by their own rules 😂. I personally didn't play but saw a few people who actually won their hand lose. The nightly shows were good my favorites had to be Michael Jackson and the Forklorico. We are already planning our next trip!"

"The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly amazing from the moment we arrived in the lobby to check in and throughout our time there. They were always attentive to our needs. I have to rave about the food! Every meal was fantastic, ranging from authentic Mexican dishes to Italian, seafood, and a buffet that had something for everyone. One of our absolute favorites was the coffee shop, which was open 24 hours and served some of the best coffee and pastries. This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort, and if you’re looking for a fantastic place to visit in Cancun, I highly recommend staying here. It’s also a wonderful spot for families, with a dedicated family pool and water slide area."
