"This is a very family friendly resort. They have a baby pool, water structure, regular pool and indoor activity available for kids. Definitely recommend this hotel with family with small and young kids. We will definitely come back and stay here again in the future."

"Overall I had a good week at RIU Cancun. The food was good at all if the restaurants and the buffet was mid. The staff was friendly but the hotel has some stupid dress code stuff for a hotel on the beach. The room was whatever; nothing wowed me and it did not feel high end. I'm not the biggest fan of the location of the resort. I would recommend going a little further south. The parties they offer are fun and worth the trip. The activities provided by the staff were good, nothing fantastic. If you don't care for the big parties, then there is no real reason to go to this resort over other ones."

"This is a 5 star resort Service , food , entertainment is excellent. I like the spice, which is Asian and hibachi. The oregano is a Italian and the room service for ordering food. I like the chicken fajitas and salmon very good. And the Kitchen table which has breakfast buffet. The omelet station is my favorite. There is daily entertainments. On Friday they have traditional Mexican activities with shows and a buffet with lots of Mexican dishes. Me and my wife enjoyed ourselves"

"Super friendly staff! Adrian was always accommodating at the restaurants, Cerafin took very good care of us ! Very friendly and attentive… the spa was a nice treat for us ,Josefina and Cristina were amazing! another thing we really enjoyed was watching sea turtles come out of the ocean to lay their eggs on the beach ! That was priceless !!! we llove animals !!! So that was a very special experience! Looking forward to our next trip to Cancun"
