"The location was amazing, just a few minutes walk from all the places we wanted to be. The staff were lovely, especially the lady who greeted us when we arrived six hours later than planned due to a change in our travel plans. The hotel was clean, the hot water was almost instant and the room had very well replenished refreshments, including bottles of water. The breakfast was lovely and i was extremely pleased to see a separate area for dietary requirements. All in all, brilliant value. "

"We were a little frustrated having arrived earlier than the normal 3pm check in time, due to having arrangements to meet others at 4pm in Otley, that we did not get access to our room until after 3.30pm. Reception kindly offered us a complimentary drink though and the staff are lovely. Steve in the Leisure Club deserves a special shout out! He is fantastic and really friendly and cheerful guy who loves his job, which radiates from him. Hotel is really nice and leisure club has everthing you...

"The restaurant and staff are outstanding. The one major pitfall - NO A/C. There was a large round fan in the room. We turned the fan on and dust clumps flew everywhere…. The fan had not been cleaned in long time. The gym and restaurant must be popular with the locals, so parking can be challenging. Overall, stay here in the colder months! "

Staff didn’t know what to do about this! Tried to prebook parking online using the code they provided on the Malmaison site. The code is invalid. Asked the receptionist to validate our parking ticket but she ‘couldn’t help’ so cost is £33 to park! This puts me off staying again now. Marriott gives parking discount at trinity car...
