"Excellent stay until check out. Had paid on arrival for the 3 rooms and parking. On check out I was then informed that there had been a mistake when we checked in and that I owed a further £3 for 2 of the rooms. Considering how much I had paid for 3 rooms with balcony for 2 nights and because it was the venues mistake it would have better customer service to write the £6 off."

"Lovely one night stay at Quebecs. Super friendly and helpful staff. Peaceful even on a hot Friday night in Leeds Centre. Sadly breakfast didn't start until 8am on weekend so missed out and this is my only issue. Will be returning."

"A good value stay, nice room and a good breakfast. All staff helpful and friendly. Only space for 7 petrol cars (plus 2 EVs and 1 disabled space) directly on site. But enough free roadside parking and apparantly some other spaces in a site over the road. We were in the car park on night 1 and on the road on nights 2 & 3."
