"We had traveled through China, and stayed in different hotels. We had a great stay here. The staff was really nice, and helpful. They even carried out our bags to the car as we left. The place was right by the river. Beautiful The breakfast was ok. But served with care. The room was clean, and spacious. Definitely would recommend"

"The property is well-maintained and is situated in the center of many popular attractions. The staff was responsive to my requests for an apple-cutting knife for my room, as well as some bandaids. The room was cleaned daily and was quite nice. The 4 Lakes and 2 Ricers scenic area is right across the street. Elephant Trunk Hill is a short walk away, as are the Pedestrian Streets."

"Nice value for well situated property. Laundry facilities available (free). Dryers were a bit slow to dry but there were 2washers and 2 dryers and we were able to wash 2 loads of clothes without having to wait. Good location. Very walkable to all Guilin highlights. We booked a couple of tours through the hotel and they were fun and convenient. "
