Freundliche Gastgeber mit schönem Zimmer

Am Besten empfand ich die Gastfreundlichkeit und die ausführlichen Hilfen für die Tourenplanung. Ich konnte meine Tasche auch da lassen, weil ich noch einen Abstecher zu den Reisterrassen geplant hatte. Das Zimmer war sauber, das wifi gut, das Wasser warm - was möchte man mehr im zentralen Guilin :).

Nice place to stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Staff are very friendly. Was given an upgraded room. Excellent housekeeping. Updated facilities but Poor wifi signal. Location is not that great cause it’s in an alley and maybe difficult to find if using public bus from train station. Overall, good value for money. Will consider staying again if I revisit Guilin again.

Check in was excellent, receptionist gave you information on the city without you asking, a map was provided and she pointed out all the places to visit. Excellent treatment, room was very comfortable. It was my second time at this hotel and i would definately repeat again

Central Location

Conveniently located, close to shops, eateries & places of interest. A little out of the way in terms of finding the hotel and would need gps in this regard. Otherwise, v very happy with the friendly service & ease of access to all amenities.

We had a lovely room overlooking the river. This is a small property and I believe all the rooms are individual. Breakfasts are individually prepared, guests can select from a menu. I had fresh fruit and was given a huge plateful.

横の大通りからバスで何処へでも行ける。景観区への近さ。新しく清潔な部屋。スタッフの応対。VISAが使える。不満は何も無い。 It's very convenience and clean hotel. The road on next hotel has many lines of bus. This hotel is allowed VISA card.

I loved this place! Very helpful. Great breakfast. Very clean and well kept. Great location next to the river within walking distance from elephant hill. Two room suite was perfect for us and our two teenagers. Guilin and the river cruise to Yangshuo was awesome.

Hotel central e com excelente conforto

O nosso quarto ficava no ultimo piso, com janela grande e vista de rio. Quarto bonito, grande e confortável! Zona central e possibilidade de ir a pé ao centro e jardins, só com o único contra a rua de acesso ao hotel ser estreita e sem graça, tipo rua com vista para as traseiras dos edifícios, escura e pouco interessante.

Great value for the money

This is the old Riverside Hostel rebranded as Riverside Inn. Clean and comfortable rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Quiet neighborhood but a bit far from the main local attractions.

The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern (recently refurbished), with supremely comfortable beds. The rooms are a good size given the price, and the location is next to the river and right in the centre of town, allowing easy exploration by foot. The staff are friendly, speak good English and the stand out is Lulu who is always smiling, laughing and very welcoming. Plus she makes really good dumplings, so you've got everything you need on-site for a comfortable stay. Their wireless is very fast, too. Would absolutely recommend and definitely stay here again.
