"Stayed at the hotel for a bit more than a week. Looks very nice aesthetically. Very nice and flexible cleaning staff...that's where the good parts end honestly. Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. There were bugs and mosquitoes in my room, and I always woke up with bug bites. While checking out, the front desk said I was good to go. "Chambres très propres, c'est un hôtel qui vient d'ouvrir.bien placé, très attentif. C'est dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite avec un hôtel plein. Faut se battre pour avoir une place. La gestion n'est pas au point. Il faudra faire patienter les personnes au lieu de continuer à faire entrer des personnes quand il n'y a plus de place."

"This incredible space is inside the Seven star adventure park ....gardens , walks, cave tour,zoo,waterfalls sit and watch the monkey antics from hotel verandah.. walk outside the park..lots of shopping and eateries..friendly locals.. Staff are exceptional (with good english speaking hosts) "

"Hotel was nice to stay but their organisation is terrible. They didn't have our reservation booking so they gave us a room on the spot. They also didn't give us room service. Highly don't recommend their suggested tours. The tour was rushed, unclear and tour guide was super rude and unprofessional towards foreigners. Will never return back!"
