Excellent service at Bonjour

Nestled in the city but not in a noisy or busy area, Bonjour Hotel had everything we needed and then some. The roos were clean, with very friendly and helpful staff that may our stay feel cozy and warm. I would definitely return when next in Guilin

The hotel is more a guest house I was seduced by the pictures unfortunately it was not exactly like it.staff is most helpful bathroom equipment poor the tap water out of order hanger were missing at last the room staff never came to clean thevroom

The front desk staff, Maggie Hu, was amazing. She helped us with booking a six seater luxury van to help us get from our hotel to the Longji terraces on such a last minute request. Our family agreed that she made the best guilin noodles. The noodles were so good that we had requested to have it on both mornings of our stay. She made us feel welcomed, and a part of her family. Her generosity and hospitality will never be forgotten. It definitely made our stay memorable. We were traveling with two teenagers and a child. The rooms aren’t the largest, so we had to book two rooms. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Hôtel propre chambre correcte avec ce qu’il faut bon petit déjeuner j’ai eu droit à un prix de bienvenue pour le massage mais surtout le personnel est très agréable toujours souriant et bienveillant avec une mention spéciale pour Maggie qui était toujours disponible et qui se démène pour rendre le séjour au top 👌 que ce soit dans l’hôtel ou pour les activités vraiment il n’y a rien à dire elle est d’une grande générosité et gentillesse avec le sourire Merci 🙏
