"The person who was staying above room 214 was making a bunch of noise and sounded like they were running around the room - It was 2am! Made a complaint and asked if we could get a refund for the night or any other accommodations, but all the was offered was a breakfast voucher and a check out extension is 1pm. This was frustrating and handled poorly in my opinion."

"We stayed here before an early morning flight, and because we arrived late, we didn’t use any of the amenities. One thing I think they should do is have a to go breakfast bag that people who have really early flights can take with them. I asked about this and was told that there would be some fruit out, but I didn’t see it in the morning."

Loud voices, vulgar mouths and very drunk. Started about 5:30. Manager on duty was Jeremy. I called four times, he pretty much did nothing. One of his responses was they are renting rooms here. So I wasn't? Finally at 10:30 we asked to go to another room. He said he would go and talk to them once again. He threatened them with...

"Breakfast is NOT included. The layout for the rooms is very odd. You enter the room through the bathroom. The toilet and shower have separate frosted glass doors also odd. Sliding door to the bedroom area was off the hinges. The glass door swings in and out with tight clearances, a danger for little kids. Very poorly designed layout in my opinion."
