This airport has a shuttle option. I reached out via Expedia, contact this property to see if I can reserve it in advance. They never responded. So I tried again and then I called also. They responded, no just call us when you arrive and we will go and it will 30 minutes from then for pick up. No reservation necessary. So when I arrived I called, they didn't answer the phone. Then when they finally answered I was on hold for 22 minutes. By then I had called for a Lyft and paid for that. I asked if I can make sure I had a shuttle in the morning to take us back they said yes. The next morning I asked about the shuttle and they said " did, you reserve it" I said yes. It did arrive but my point is, they initially said no reservations necessary so if I didn't ask the night before to reserve the shuttle in the morning,I guess I would of had to Lyft again. Poor communication.
Besides that , clean hotel- nice room. They offered breakfast but that started at 7a didn't try it because I left at 630am.
