"A very fine hotel with excellent staff. We specifically want to give shout outs to Sandra, the Graduate Manager who checked us in and made us feel most welcome, the housekeeping team who acted with pit crew like speed and precision when they changed our bedding 10 mins before the end of their shift after we forgot to request no feather pillows/duvets due to allergies, and Annie & Helen in the F&B team who were just amazing throughout our stay. Would return."

"Spa great. Swimming lanes in the pool were useful as there a few children playing with a ball in the pool too. Restaurant had a few GF options and staff seemed knowledgable. Food was of good quality. (Gf burger and chips and steak with chips and mushroom) Room spotless although the shower (over a bath) leaked all over the floor!! Bed allowed a good nights sleep. "
