"Soooooo good! This hotel is located perfectly for the central colleges and river. It’s also a very short walk from Park & Ride bus stops if you come into the city using P&R. The communal areas are great with lots of food and drink options, plus plenty of seating. Lovely vibe in there. Bed was incredibly comfortable and we both slept very well. There is a modern clean bathroom and well equipped small kitchenette. Highly recommend for a trip to Cambridge."

Breakfast is a very good selection with many chef cooked options available. Furniture in the communal areas is tired, worn, and needs replacing but in general this is a very comfortable hotel."

"The hotel has only been open about 6mths. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was just like brand new. Shower was powerful. The location is prefect for exploring Cambridge, only about 5-10 mins walk from the centre but the design of the rooms shelter you from any noise from the main road. "Such a lovely hotel with lots of history, 8 minute walk to the town. Beautiful decor and extremely friendly and helpful staff from the reception staff to the bar staff. They upgraded our room for free due to a celebration booking and could not have been more lovely. Thank you!"

"The hotel was situated in town centre. Walkable to the river, local attractions and restaurants. We had a lovely stay and they have a small spa located next door which we used one morning. We did not eat breakfast there so unable to comment on food, the rooftop bar was lovely for drinks. Our door was difficult to open but staff were helpful and efficient."

There is a large sitting room off the reception area that is a great place to meet people or just rest with your party during the visit, which is fantastic. The only challenge was the fire alarm in the room had a VERY bright light that ultimately had to cover with a towel to get off to sleep. Also, the windows aren't great at drowning out the road noise, which is a common issue in hotels on these busy roads, so be sure to bring ear plugs with you....
