"Fantastic in every way: comfortable bed, spacious, room, good free breakfast, quiet, cozy hotel with elevator, super-friendly and accommodating staff, a variety of good restaurants and sites nearby. Botanical gardens and university sites are within an easy 10- to 20-minute walk, depending on location. Early luggage drop-off and later afternoon pickup were no problem. Weather in December was 42-50 with a sprinkle of rain. Would definitely recommend! "
"Great stay in a very central location. Lovely, clean room, tasty breakfast and relaxing bar area. Stand out though is the staff, they can make it break any hotel and the team here were very welcoming and helpful."
"Staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast good and good choice. Also catered for those with allergies eg gluten free, oak milk etc. impressed. Room clean and adequate."
