"The staff were incredible. Everyone was kind, helpful, lovely and and attentive. There was so many disappointing factors though. A) my window didn't have a screen so there was no option for fresh air and the room was musty. I was unhappy to breathe in dusty ac consistently. There is an expectation of a screen with a window that opens. It felt incredibly unsafe to open the window as I was on the lower level facing the parking lot and with the neighborhood being a particularly busy thoroughfare with a lot of the people who are going to the park across the street parking in the hotel parking lot, made it worse. B) Finding out at check-in that the hot tub was out of service was incredibly disappointing. Hospitality should start with giving us the heads up. It would have been nice to receive an email or follow up when they knew the hot tub wasn't working to let us know that. The reason me and my friends chose this place for the ability to have time to relax and talk and unwind at the end of our vacation days in the hot tub and that was taken away. Some of us bought new bathing suits. That will now have to be returned. If we were given proper notice we would have chosen a different hotel as this was considerably important to us. C) Breakfast is served from 7:30a to 9:30a and we had no idea. As somebody who travels often this is a very bizarre short window. It would have been nice to have signage or something that prepared us for such a short breakfast window."
