"The hotel is nice for what you expect. Check in took about 20 minutes but it was during peak check in hours so that was understandable. The control for the TV was missing and when we requested it at the front desk they quickly brought us one. Our room was clean, thank you."

"The room was nice overall, though we did find used tissues under the edge of our bed. The shower is an overhead rain type shower, so if you don’t plan to wash your hair, it’s going to be a struggle. The elevator broke on day 2 of our stay and it was not fixed while we were still there. We had a baby/stroller with us and my mom has a fractured foot. They couldn’t get it fixed. So, we had to carry everything up and down stairs, and my mom struggled. The walls/floors are “thin” so we could hear kids running all over the place above us. So, be prepared for that. Overall though, it’s a really nice property and the front staff are super nice. We’d stay again, just request a different building so we don’t have to deal with the older elevator."
