"Everything here was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Rooftop pool was absolutely amazing!!"

"Felt like they weren’t fully staffed. There wasn’t a lot of vibes of merriment even though they have great amenities to do so. Allison at Flippers was very nice and enjoyable. Gigi at Beach House was very sweet and we enjoyed her service but have to say we had told the restaurant that it was our 35th wedding anniversary and felt that was somewhat not acknowledged. Yes they gave us dessert and that was kind and we weren’t expecting anything but just felt our reservation could have been made to feel more celebrated. After all, we could have gone to so many other restaurants but chose your resort. It’s the little things that make a milestone memorable. Also as a non drinker the NA beer options and in general at South Seas were lacking. As a bar mgr I saw great potential but didn’t see that mgmt capitalized off all they have in amenities."

"Had a horrible 2 nights stay here. They do accept pets and the people in the room above us left their dog locked inside the room as they went out for the night. This dog barked all night long AFTER complaining to yhe front desk. They said they were well aware as wr werent the only ones that complained. The next night sounded like we were living under a bowling alley.. noise all night long. The food at the bar was gross, wings were breaded and drenched in red hot sauce and soggy.. breakfast buffet was not much better. Definitely would not stay here again. Only real good thing was the location"

"We have stayed at this HI Express several times and so appreciate the great staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. We were a bit disappointed on our most recent stay, our last night our bed was not made, towels were just left on the sink counter. We can't say enough about the breakfast service and the staff who makes it possible, and about the front desk weekend staff. They are amazing, and we are so grateful that you are there so that we can travel safely and comfortably. We will be back!"

"We booked the biggest room they had a king suite with sitting room with couch about 725 sqft , room was very nice but ac unit in bedroom wasn't working , went to office guy came to room said put ac on high in sitting room it will cool, after z hour it was hot as hell in room , went to office they said thats the only room like that they had , well youll have to give me another room, they gave me a regular room with 2 beds way smaller and he wouldn't reduce rent for smaller room said we have to call expedia so we did expedia tried to get them to lower rate they wouldn't, so expedia gave us a $50 credit for next time , poor service not recommended."
