"The staff is awesome, and the rooms are always clean and tidy. I only have one gripe: The rooms don't have microwaves in them, so you have to go to an even numbered floor, or down to the lobby to heat your food. That's unfortunate for me, because I'm a serious night owl, and I tend to eat very late. I hate having to put on clothes to go out of my room to warm up my food. Other than that, I absolutely LOVE this hotel!"

"Nice facility and friendly staff. We were there 4 nights, and only had one housekeeping cleaning. Not too huge of a deal, because we asked for extra towels, etc. Our housekeeping person was awesome! "

"Upon entering the hotel, staff was very friendly :). The hotel is located around a couple amazing brunch places and near grant park aswell. The room was very clean and provided the usual amenities. Would definitely recommend and come back if I’m ever around chicago again :)"
