"Clean room, good location. My only feedback is better English instructions for the luggage storage room. We ended up contacting the virtual help desk who sorted us out in 5 minutes. We apparently needed to place our palms on the door code before entering the numbers. "My daughters stayed at this hotel in 2024 for 10 days and had a wonderful experience, so I did not hesitate to book this hotel again for our visit in October 2026. Excellent central location in Seoul for taking public transportation and getting to sightseeing spots. Namdaemun Market, the Seoul Museum of Art, and lots of restaurants and coffee shops are just outside the hotel or within walking distance. The Korea Airport Limousine (KAL) bus stop is located a short walk away; we booked bus tickets on Klook to get to and from the airport. This is a very convenient and well-priced option (currently about $14 each way, choose the 6701 Myeongdong line) to get to and from the hotel. My daughters and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel; the room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to book this hotel when I visit Seoul again."
