"I'm sure many are enamored with the giant tub in the middle of the room. Somehow I initially read it as a hot tub but it's just a regular tub and we used it exactly 1 time. It's actually too big to be comfortable. It's not ergonomically designed to include or relax. It's all hard right angles so best you can do is sit awkwardly. And takes forever to fill given how big it is so you start to feel guilty about all the water you're using. Aside from that novelty of an amenity, the rooms are very nice and spacious. The onsite staff is helpful and reachable via WhatsApp or Kakao (no phones in rooms). The location is superb if you're visiting the major sites in Jongno. Overall I'd highly recommend and would stay there again. Note to the property though: a hook or two in the bathroom was so desperately wanted. Seems like a small thing but it'd be nice to hang up the bathrobe or towels."

"This was the first time I ever experienced a 5-star hotel and I must say it was pretty amazing. I’m still sore over being charged an extra $1050 just to add my wife as a second guest. The hotel said it was all Expedia that did not work it out with me. I’m still digging up the original booking."

"We stayed 4 nights in ENA Suite Hotel in late October. The staff, location, cleanliness, room size were all great. The breakfast was excellent and two complimentary bottle water per day were very nice. In the negative side, there are not that much closets in the room. "Fabulous location, very nice people, terrific art on walls and in adjacent museum. However, standard rooms are TINY. Fine for a single person. We are a couple and we suspected that but counted on the "guest lounge" as a place where we could get comfy chairs, talk, work on our email, read, etc. Sadly, the "lounge" is a computer and two low tables with four not-comfortable dinig style chairs in a small room with a vending machine and all hard surfaces. Would get larger room or not stay here unless the room is only for sleeping and not for relaxing."
