"The room was very clean but it was so hot. You could not turn the radiator down so the room was boiling. Asked a nember of staff but she didnt think it could be turned down.
Asked manager for extra tea and milk, said he would bring it to our room. He never came.
Food was very good in restaurant and staff were very attentive.
This was our second visit. Unfortunately would not stay again."

We were completely ignored by passing staff regardless of the fact that there were four of us standing around with our bags to check in. We eventually got greeted by an abrupt member of staff. Who told us she needed to get someone else to check us in. This other member of staff came around 15 minutes later, so we bought a drink each whilst we were waiting. This other member of staff then told us they didnt realise...

My (standard) room was clean, comfortable and well furnished. The bar/dining area was very cosy with local beers (Pheasantry) on draught.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay and the breakfast was superb.
