The owners were super helpful in terms of their communication ahead of our booking, as well as in answering all of our questions in the build up. The cooked breakfast in the morning was amazing and we really appreciated their friendliness and their suggestions for things to do in the nearby area. "We had a lovely overnight stay at Hex. We had a resort-side room and it was spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. It was so nice to wake up and see the bush-dogs, tapirs and maned wolf from our window! Breakfast is great too, with good veggie and meat choices on the buffet. Staff are friendly and attentive. Overall I think it’s good value and we’d happily come back."

"The apartment was perfect for my purposes. Everything I could have asked for. The only problem was that I didn’t receive any instructions to pick up the keys from hotels. com. Luckily the owner was there when I arrived. They were very helpful. I would highly recommend this for others."
