"Yes I was late for 9.00pm check in , but the pub was supposed to be open to 10Pm which it was not. Did not answer initial messages about a refund and refused a refund after Expedia called to request one. Make you own mind up what kind of place this is. "

"The location of the hotel is perfect , literally on the doorstep of Lincoln Cathedral and the castle. Parking is opposite to the hotel - although it is a public car park and a fee charged by meter upto 24hour parking available. The hotel itself is lovely, well presented and very clean. "The cleaners - My gosh, were excellent I mean the ones that cleaned my room. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The reception was very helpful too, loved the complementary welcome drinks … it really helped. However the only thing that bothered me was the testing of the fire alarm without warning .
