"Booked myself and my black Labrador in for 3 nights. Spacious room, nice decor and very clean. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. The full English breakfast was spot on with good quality items. (Thank you Ben). All the staff were engaging and very helpful. Great value for money! Would highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again should I be down that way again."

"Lovely attentive, helpful.and very patient staff. Our bed was really comfortable. Our room did look over the cathedral, which does mean the bells do wake you up at 7am! Still, it is lovely to be close to this amazing, historic building. Location amongst individual shops, which are a bit different, the cathedral and the castle is a real bomus."

"We normally stay at Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln but wanted to give this one ago, we got upgraded, without realising complete surprise and never given before, so Thankyou lovely touches in the room (can’t believe that someone would steal the coat hooks though which were replaced) complementary soft drinks,crisps n choc in chiller in room tea n coffee too. Bathroom lovely n clean again with gels, shampoo n handwash, everything u need. The lounge area and bar areas all comfortable n modern there...
