"Overall this is a decent space for the price. This is our second stay. Tjis time we encounter a less desirable experience. Parking is fairly easy, except code doesn't match door for unit but can get in next one over(both stays). The elevator to Penthouse floor was out of order, and it was out first half of 1st visit too. The dishwasher didn’t work. We reserved for 2 guests and there was only one set of bath towels. "

"The hotel that was advertised was not the place we stayed, no pool and we were suppose to get a bottle of wine everyday of our stay only got it the first day. I was extremely disappointed there was no pool, that was one of the reasons I chose that property was to relax at pool."

"The unit is very nice and spacious. I enjoyed having a kitchen and full sized fridge during my stay. I did not like that the pool was closed and filthy. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool and amenities but that was a huge disappointment. It would also be nice to have more than 2 bath towels and 2 bathing rags during a 3-4 day booking. One roll of toilet paper really doesn’t help either. Instructions for trash pick ups would’ve been helpful. We were just really on our own to be honest....

"The photos are all FAKE!! This place is TRASH upon pulling into the parking area it all feels sketchy... People are wondering around who appear to be lost or homeless . The intercom looks new and up to date, but once you get in the lady at the desk was very unfriendly. She gave me the assigned door code by showing me the # in her note section of her iPhone. The elevator was CREEPY and halls were filthy. The room was hands down to much to even explain just don't waste you time, money, or energy...

"Very cold and drafty, heat only goes to 70 for a few moments. Space heaters are needed. Bathroom is cold, water doesnt reach a super hot temp. Back door is not level so you can see outside through the bottom. Location is great, neighborhood is cool. Not a horrible stay for an urbanite but of there just a little bit of bougie in you, you may wanna pass"
