Staff was difficult to communicate with on check in. The space was booked last minute due to a last minute cancellation of our previous space. The staff was hard to reach and extremely rude about how last minute our reservation was. If you can’t accommodate a last minute reservation, don’t accept them. It was all sorted out but took far more time than necessary and caused a lot of stress. We were considering canceling our entire trip because we couldn’t get in touch with owner who apparently only accepts calls after 4pm. The space itself was pretty nice, but for the price it was just ok. The elevators in the building were constantly breaking down, and took forever.
