"This was an excellent stay for our journey to London. The location is great, quiet, and easy to navigate to many destinations. The room was a bit delayed for our check in, but we were able to be seated at the bar until the room was ready. The room is a bit outdated but comfortable with a touch of British feel. "Great hotel with a great view. Restaurant downstairs was pretty average, fairly high prices for basic food, but nonetheless, everything was great. I had a really great time at this hotel with a nice view of the London bridge. Just FYI, the hotel is under the London Bridge. There’s a staircase you have to take to get there if you are walking from the train station. It was pretty hard for me to find it, but after a couple tries, we managed."

"We arrived very early before check-in and, although our room wasn't ready, Alexandra on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the Duty Manager took care of us until we could check in. On check out the following day, Maria and Rebecca were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We have stayed at the Novotel London West before and it's always been a good experience."
