"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests.

"This could have been a 5 star review but we were given 2 rooms in the basement, with plaster over the windows, and which had green emergency lights over the door that stayed on all night. I felt very bad for the kind staff that had to pretend like it was normal. "The staff here was very helpful and we had a wonderful experience here. The front desk employee from Brazil, I believe her name was Carol, was very helpful and accommodating, and the rooms were very clean and nice. We also enjoyed the location, and we loved the jamaican restaurant nearby!"

"The room was immaculate and laid out well, but quite small. Our room had a support column next to the bed. IIt had a King bed and would have been more comfortable with a Queen bed.
The bathroom was modern, the shower new and working perfectly. Staff helpful, and location could not be better.
Excellent business hotel.
A bit on the pricey side for the room size, but right next to the big rail stations. We would stay there again."
