"The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the promenade and a 15-minute walk to the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable. The only downside was that the carpet in room 403 was very dirty, stained, and old and really needs to be replaced. "

"Property is super convenient being next to the laundromat, could not be any closer. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the main area of Nice & Beach / Bars all that. If you are coming from the airport, the stop is 1 block over from the hotel (3 minute walk) again super convenient, no transfers - could not ask for better. The only “problems” I had with this hotel is the 1-ply thin toilet paper & the toilet sitting high up off the ground. My 5’4 girlfriend’s feet were dangling off it. Hotel...

"The people at the service desk were very polite. The location is pretty walkable to the city center. Our rooms were also cleaned daily and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommending staying here! "

"I looked at a number of hotels, we were travelling with 2 children and my mother in law. I’m so glad we chose this hotel. Very clean, friendly , excellent breakfast and really helpful staff. Location is excellent, across the road from the beach and just a short walk to get a tram to the main station. Lovely restaurants and bars near by and lots of posh shops if you fancy that. Would definitely recommend. "
