"They allowed us to checkin early and when our plans changed and we needed to leave one night early they refunded us the night which was very appreciated. The sleeper sofa was surprisingly comfortable but the floor plan is a little odd. One has to enter the bedroom to use the only bathroom."

Overall, the experience was okay-ish, excluding the parking situation. The charges for parking are egregious. They changed from $25 per day (1 month before our stay) to $32 (2 days before our stay) to $35 all before we checked in. "Great location, staff was very helpful - one night we were locked out of the parking lot because they lock the gate at a certain hour. However, the valet attendant recognized our car and opened the gate, so we didn't have to go all the way around the building. This was wonderful because I just had foot surgery and really didn't plan to have to walk a long distance. "
