"We stayed at the Courtyard for five nights. There is a Westfield Shopping Centre, Sprouts, Trader Joes', CVS, Target and TJ Maxx close by. It is a 15 minute drive from the airport. "First time staying at a CitizenM. Hotel was very nice and the 24 bar/food was convenient. Close to the Grand Central Market which has a lot of good restaurant choices. Convenient access to the theaters on Broadway. A bit sketchy nearby at night but hotel was safe. Main criticism of the hotel is the tiny bedrooms but was clean and worked out fine.. All staff eere very friendly."

"The highlight of our trip was the staff! The staff was so friendly and understanding. My wife has GI issues and one night she had an accident and it’s never easy telling horns she had an accident but the night manager was very sympathetic to the situation and was reassuring me that it wasn’t a problem, “you can’t control what you can’t control.” So huge shout out to Quentin for showing us some compassion and being so sympathetic to the situation. "I had a very nice experience. I was a little nervous because I called the front desk with some questions and the lady on the phone was rude.
