"This was our 4th stay in 12 months at The Westin. It's always been a favorite, but there was a noticeable difference in the helpfulness at the front desk this past trip. "Checked in and went to the beach. A friend that was staying at a near by hotel came by to visit. Was immediately confronted by security and escorted to the front desk because she did not have an armband. Paid an additional $60 per night for her to visit!! The next night I was questioned by hotel staff because they assumed that I wasn’t a guest because I had a different colored armband but it was the armband given to my by the front desk. GET IT TOGETHER!!"
