" Property is beautiful. Well maintained, and great staff. Please don’t skip on tipping staff just because a portion is included in your package. They work so hard….including housekeeping! Resort desperately needs to add additional restrooms! 1 somewhat convenient restroom for the entire beach area and pool is terrible. No wonder people choose to relieve themselves wherever it is convenient. Gross!"

"The property has a great jungle feel to it with interesting wildlife roaming the grounds. The pools are very clean and well kept. The beach is large with plenty of space for fun in the sun. There were plenty of options for food that made it easy to find what you are interested in. The resort is about a 1.5 hour walk by beach in Carmen which makes for a perfect day trip as well!!"

"Great beach, but need more beach umbrellas and small fountains to wash off sand from the feet. Huge plus of this hotel that you don’t need reservations to the restaurants, no wait line. Buffet is very good, restaurants are very good , except Mexican. Shows are professional. Big disadvantage : guests from Riu Tequila are using the beach and buffet for lunch, so it is becoming VERY crowded. That is why hotel should put more sun umbrellas around the beach and pool areas. "Beautiful resort Beautiful beach. I enjoyed the fact that is was a smaller resort. Very clean. Great drinks. Lots of entertainment, The entertainment was loud at night if your room was near pool area. It did end nightly how ever by 10:30. Also we were never informed with the inclusive plan for 5 nights you can only book 2 nights at a sit down meal. Must eat at buffet other 3 nights. Besides the meals the resort was great and I would return. "
