"When we arrived, the toilet was broken. They brought up someone to fix the toilet and that worked for just a few hours. That night, we continued to have problems with the toilet and it wouldn't flush. Also, we had problem with the front door sticking and not locking. We had to have maintenance come up and fix out door so that we could lock it. "Upon arriving they asked us if we wanted to upgrade to a fee, so we did. There was no fridge in our room , the phone didn’t work and the sink didn’t drain. The towels were rough and the pillows were terrible "
