"This is my go-to hotel when I stay in the city and I love it. The rooms are spacious and clean, service is friendly, and it is a convenient location. My only small issue this time was that my room on the 2nd floor was directly over the outside area of the Wheeltapper Pub and I could hear the conversations. Not a big deal as I was out for most of the night but if I wasn't, it would have been very distracting."

"I didn’t know what to expect with the New York hotel because sometimes they’re very small but this one was very spacious and nice. It was within walking distance to a lot of stores, Wall Street, World Trade Center, the Ellis Island ferry, and Battery Park. The only issue I encountered was that the shower would go from very hot to very cold and when I informed the front desk they sent someone up right away to fix it."
