"Loved the atmosphere of this hotel. Loved the lobby and verandas. The only thing that needs updating is the pool lounge chairs. They were very old and worn out. Had No support and very uncomfortable. For the hotel charges, they should be better. Also only some of them had umbrellas "

"This was the second hotel we stayed at in Hawaii and such a difference from our first. GREAT hotel. Really attentive friendly staff, rooms are wonderful. Service is amazing. There's a variety of food/drink options here. The food itself is good, one spicy dish anywhere on any menu would be incredible (but that's just personal taste). We tried a variety of different drinks with mixed results, but overall really enjoyed it all. Also, visit the hotels bakery... SO GOOD. The only slight downside to...

"Everything worked perfect for us at Park Shore Waikiki. The room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel was perfect. We enjoyed the beach towel service and the umbrella/beach chair rentals every day, which you get for free as hotel guests. The staff was always very friendly and attentive of all our needs. Highly recommend ! "
