"Duds a full refit plaster coming off walls wires coming out of walls room was not ready when arrived ask to look at rooms they where in clean then they asked to come back in a hour as they got a family room ready for us so left and when somewhere else!!!! Should not bee open or a be advertised "

"Lovely property with good parking. Nice outside spaces. Check in was a breeze with friendly owners on the front desk to show me around the place and to my room. Breakfast (as others have said) was fab with really nice quality food and really tasty coffee but the hot food is cooked to order so don't expect to walk in and just eat! The bedroom was good, nice and clean with a comfy bed. My only downside would be that it could do with better blackout curtains as I was awake before the...

"Excellent - atmosphere, layout, decor. What a lovely place. Staff were extremely welcoming, design of the room was lovely with everything you could need. Even a fan! Only tiny issue was it was a very hot night and the window is very small and therefore it was very difficult to circulate cool air. Breakfast was delicious. Would certainly recommend and would definitely stay again if in the area . "

"We booked this hotel to be near Emma Bridgewater and had never stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn before. We were delighted with the room - larger and much lighter than Premier Inn rooms, larger bathroom, good quality toiletries and very friendly staff. Will definitely look out for this chain in preference to Premier Inns in future! "
