"The staff did their best to fix any issue. Cleaning services was their weakest link. Asked for extra sheets and blanket everyday. Never received an extra set. They did not clean our room unless we had to complain about it. Had to take extra beach towel to shower."

"It took more than two hours to check in after check point of 4:00 pm - We supposed to get a call to confirm that the room was ready, a call that never happened. There has been a lot of rain so it did not help to have a clear view of the whole property. Restaurants are of good quality and the staff was very nice."
