The staff was very nice and helpful! The beds weren't comfortable and the floor was very dirty. The location was good. It was kind of a pain to get to the room. The elevator was very small, only fits 3 people.

this was the perfect place! we stayed for a few days and jt was a perfect distance for walking to the city, but also not being in the middle of all the chaos. the people that worked there and checked us in were so lovely. we could definitely stay again!!

We were welcomed by Luca. He provided wonderful options for sight seeing and restaurant options. The room was bigger than the average, clean, quiet. Breakfast had options, the food and coffee-amazing. The service was excellent.

We stayed for one night, from the outset the staff were very helpful. They organised a local garage to pick up our car for parking which worked very well. Really friendly and good breakfast in the restaurant next door.

Andrea was a great host. Very helpful with local things to do. Really loved the property. Cute room and nice facilities. Rooftop area to relax on with a beautiful view. It was very difficult to find at first but everythign else was great!

The breakfast was delicious. The room was great with very modern furnishings and AC. We got a map from the hotel and a summary of all the things to see which was super useful! Everything is in walking distance, including the train station.

This is the perfect location for a stay in Florence. It’s an easy walk from the train station and everything you want to see and do in Florence. The room is comfortable and well appointed. The staff is delightful. Make a point to get to know Luca. You won’t be disappointed. There is a lift for luggage. We did not experience any smell on our stay. Lovely all the way around

This was a very last minute booking. Luca was very responsive on expedia and assisted with us getting a taxi and giving us a brief history of the building (which is amazing). It is located close to the train station. The room was cosy and great for our 5 month old, and the lift was very handy. The area is safe and very walkable with a variety of dining options. I would recommend this venue in a heartbeat!

It’s was wonderful- close to everything! Roof terrace had a great view! It’s was an adventure to find it for sure, but if you call them they give great directions and after it is a very nice location close to everything in Florence. Great staff, clean room, enough space for everyone. Loved it! We would stay there again.

OK but no more.

It was a strange hotel. Not really a hotel, more like a number of random rooms. The minute you walk into the extremely anonymous entrance (which was a bit hard to locate), you are thinking ”what the H did we get into?” But the host was very friendly and gave a lot of advice on what to see and do. The room was OK, but not really more. A bit wonky to be honest, sorry to say. I payed about €1100 (in late October) for two rooms for to nights, I was expecting more to be honest.
