The room was large and very clean. The only aspect we didn't like was how small the bathroom was, and the shower temperature wasn't consistent. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options, and the front desk held our luggage and put it in the room once the room was ready. I wish we could have stayed longer than two nights because it was a wonderful stay.

O hotel fica localizado no 3º. andar de um prédio antigo, onde cada andar fica um hotel diferente e o elevador de acesso é um modelo bem antigo também, mas funcionou bem. Localização boa, central, bem próxima a estação de trem Santa Maria Novella, portanto é possível fazer os pontos turísticos caminhando. O quarto que ficamos era simples, limpo e tinha um tamanho bom, mas o banheiro muito apertado. Café da manhã simples, com poucas opções e o local de acesso não é indicado para quem tem mobilidade reduzida, pois fica no terraço e tem que subir muitos lances de escadas estreitas.

フィレンツェの中央駅から徒歩２〜3分で行きつきます。ただ1つの建物の各階に別のホテルがあり、外部に大きな看板がある訳でも無いので、少し分かりにくいかも知れません。 ホテルは3階（日本風にいうと4階）にあります。 部屋にポット、コーヒーなどは有りません。 たまたまでしょうが、私達が利用した部屋のシャワーはハンドノズルと頭の上から降り注ぐノズルの切り替えが出来ませんでした。 部屋の広さは2人には十分な広さです。

Nice hotel very close to tram and main train stations. Lots of nice local restaurants around the hotel if you want to dine nearby. The facilities were good and the staff were really helpful, especially with allowing us to leave our luggage with them before and after check-in. The room facilities were basic but in line with the star rating. The cleanliness wasn’t the best; we experienced full bin bags removed from the bin but tied and left in the room, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned particularly well during room refreshes. Breakfast was very good with lots of options but a few odd rules such as not allowing guests to fill water bottles for the day ahead from the water cooler. I get being strict with taking food out of the breakfast room, but having the same rule with water seemed a bit strict. All in all though a nice stay and I would recommend the hotel if you are looking for a fair stay at a reasonable price.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which turned out to be a great base for exploring the city. The room was clean and simple, but very nice — just what I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent: within easy walking distance to the main attractions and conveniently just around the corner from the train station. The front desk staff were especially helpful, offering useful information about the local tram system and making sure I had what I needed to get around. One charming feature of the property is the old-fashioned lift — a welcome sight after a long day of walking! The only real downside was the continental breakfast, which was quite basic with limited options. It did the job, but don't expect much variety. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for clean, well-located accommodation with friendly service.

Location was everything! Literally within one block to the train station and walking distance to main attractions. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. They have 24/7 front desk. Note it is located in the third floor and they have a very small elevator in you are traveling with bags and can’t do stairs.
