This is a basic hotel room but it is clean and nicely located. It has an old elevator but we used the stairs- but note it is quite a few floors up as hotel lobby is located several stories up. The building houses other things as well. If you’re travelling with a large family, as we were, this was a great spot as it allowed all five of us to be in the same room. The rooftop terrace is lovely with great views and the breakfast was hands -down a hit with us all!

Amazing place to stay for our family of 5. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. Breakfast was great as well. Kathryn was so helpful and kind. She helped us with all our needs and we were able to store our bags until afternoon. Would definitely stay again!

Great rooms with great breakfast!

We got two rooms that slept four people each. The rooms were spacious. The breakfast had many excellent choices, from eggs, meat, and cheeses to outstanding baked goods. The location next to the train station was perfect for us. The staff was very courteous and helpful and let us store our luggage after checkout for a few hours so that we could explore Florence before our train departure.

The staff (Arman) was amazing! The hotel was perfect - rooms lovely and comfortable, breakfast was exactly as needed to start the day, the terrace was a haven for the end of the day, and the location could not have been better! A perfect stay for us! We walked from our train, dropped our luggage, and walked through Florence from the hotel. Everything quite convenient. The room was great (5 bed), good A/C, clean, nice bathroom and small terrace the girls loved doing their makeup on in the morning. I have to say the Innkeeper was the friendliest hotel person we met while travelling through Italy and the breakfast was by FAR the best hotel breakfast we had. It was simply fantastic. Rooftop was a nice stop in the evening for a bottle of wine. Would stay here again.
