The staff was so kind during my stay. When my train got cancelled they allowed me to keep my luggage there while I explored until my next train. The rooftop has gorgeous views of the city!

10 -15 minute walk to main train station.

Beautiful view on the terrace, limited breakfast such as a croissants only. No swimming pool. Rooms just big enough for a double bed ensure shower room and double war.

Una estancia muy grata, el hotel muy bien ubicado a 10 min caminando del centro de Florencia. Matteo y Alessandro son excelentes anfitriones y son muy serviciales y amables. La vista desde la terraza es increible..eso si, sino estas familiarizado con los horeles b&b puedes desconcertarte un poco porque no hay gran indicacion de que sea hotel , pero no te arrepentiras.

Lovely and peaceful with great views.

Easy to get to the centre on a bus every 10 mins. Nice to get away from the crowds and sit on the roof terrace looking at the mountains.( ignore the railway line) loved it. Allesio and Matteo very friendly and helpful

Most helpful staff, great balcony.

We had a great time here. It was light, airy, and incredibly comfortable. The after hours check in system was so easy which was a relief because our train was 3 hours late and we didn't need to worry. The staff were so helpful and friendly which made everything easy. They even let us store our luggage all day after we checked out. The huge balcony is amazing to sit and watch the sunset. This is in the opposite direction from the station than the town centre but is still completely walkable to everything so it was great!

Very gracious and friendly host. Very helpful with directions and whsg to do and see. Only lacking in breakfast...packaged food left the night before but fresh. Coffee from vending machine was small.

City break

We wanted a nice city break to Florence and this hotel was ideally located, approx. 10 minute walk from the train station and 15-20 minutes from the main sights. We also chose it for its rooftop terrace/outside space which was lovely to enjoy after pounding the tourist trail. The hotel were well organised and friendly and the arrangements for our late arrival were clear and accurate. The room was clean and comfortable but would definitely benefit from a top up of mosquito repellant!! and watch out for the step on entry!! Whilst there was a coffee machine in the hallway some coffee in the room would have been nice to fill the large mugs. Overall a pleasant stay.

호텔이 아니라 일종의 하우스 렌트이다. 호텔 조식이라고는 슈퍼에서 산 듯한 싸구려 봉지빵과 팩쥬스 봉지커피 등등이다. 여행을 다니면서 최악의 조식이라고 할 수 있었다. 게다가 주인장은 상주해 있지도 않아 해외 유심이 없는 경우 전화도 못 하고 정말 답답할 수 있다. 우리도 건물을 청소하시는 분을 만나 겨우 컨택을 할 수 있었다. 매우 불편하다. 하지만 주인장이 불친절 하진 않다. 호텔 이용방법이라든지 관광지 소개를 매우 친절하게 해준다. 가격이 싼 만큼 시설이 별로라고 생각하면 된다.

Cheap and cheerful

We stayed here for two nights, room very basic and compact, beautiful rooftop terrace, only flaw is the room window didn't lock so had to keep valuables on person, 20min walk to the centre, neighbourhood not the greatest but ok, all in all you get what you pay for, staff not there so left to your own devices which is good

Fantastic service

Had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend!!! Not too far from the main centre of Florence with all of the main attractions within walking distance and only 15 minutes from the train station which was handy for me. The service at the hotel was brilliant, very friendly and helpful when we had any requests or questions. The hotel was in good condition and the room very comfortable with a TV and fridge, the room also opened out onto the hotels beautiful rooftop terrace which was a particular highlight - a beautiful place to have your breakfast!! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

1 km vom Bahnhof Santa Maria Novela im 6. Stock eines Wohnhauses wurden Wohnungen zu einem B&B umgebaut. Frühstück wird am Vorabend ins Zimmer geliefert - dementsprechend alles packetiert. Netter Vermieter per Handy jederzeit erreichbar, Free WLAN, riesige Terrasse mit Blick aufs Bahnhofsvorgelände. Kleine Zimmer, kleines Bad, sauber, Möblierung bescheiden.

Bit of a walk into town but that was expected,we soon found our way around with the help of Matteo and the map !!! The terrace was lovely the sunsets from there were amazing, all in all lovely place to stay

The hotel is clean and easy to find by 15mins walk from central station. The B&B owner is really nice and patient. The most impressive thing is the big balcony, you can get amazing view sight from there.
