The place was very clean and it was very easy to find from the train station and tram. Also an easy walk to the heart of Florence. Marisa was extremely courteous and was very helpful.

Air freshener in room was overpowering. Bathroom ventilation was non-existent, the bathroom stayed wet from one hot shower for the duration of the stay. Bathroom fan doesn’t ventilate bathroom and actually tripped multiple times causing power failure for the entire BnB.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Marissa was very pleasant. Very modern and clean space. Great location, very close to the train station. Bed was comfy and air conditioning was good! Overall a fantastic stay! Would stay here again in a heartbeat if/when we are in town.

Atendimento excelente, especialmente pelo suporte no whatsapp. Recebemos as instruções do auto checkin e deu tudo certo. Localização boa perto da estação central. Quarto confortável.
