"Loved the location! We also loved being able to stay in a historic, beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful at both the check-in and check-out process. We truly felt welcomed right off. The room was small, but we were fine with that. The beds were very comfortable! We also had a nice view from our window. The only tiny critique which the hotel being historic can not help, is that our bathroom has a small step-up. Even though there is a sign there to warn you, I was slightly afraid of tripping on it. This was minor though, as it was truly beautiful inside and out. You are greeted with cookies, fresh lemon water, and coffee/tea at all hours in the lobby. All in all, we loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it to our friends and would stay there again if ever going to San Francisco in the future. Thank you!"

"This was a wonderful hotel with excellent staff and accommodations. It’s in a great location walkable to the Embarcadero, Ferry Building and China Town. They do allow pets which is nice for our fur babies but be careful to ask for deep cleaning if you have allergies. The restaurant and bar close very early on Saturdays so plan accordingly. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had an enjoyable stay. "
