When we entered our room, it smelled exceptionally clean and fresh, which we really appreciated. Room service was fast and the food was delicious, especially the truffle fries, which were easily a 10/10. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"We love this property!! This was our 2nd time staying. We booked for NYE, which although it was raining, we were still able to enjoy the jacuzzi. Check in was smooth, and you can’t beat the location. Still close to the liveliness of downtown, and old town, but quiet enough for a nice getaway. The bay view is gorgeous, and the christmas tree light up from Seaworld was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend this property. The only downfall being the $45/ night parking. We will be back in the summer for full usage! "

"Amazing Customer service!! When we walked in to our room, we noticed that there was a leak on the sealing of our room. We went to notify them at the front desk and they took very good care of us with another room. Very friendly staff and will recommend everyone to stay here."
