Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. "We stayed here at Marlin Waterloos for 7 days and it was wonderful! They cleaned the room every 2 days, and were super helpful whenever we had questions. The location was incredible. We were a 2 minute walk from a perfect bus stop to get around and less than 10 minute walk to multiple under grand tube stations and railways. It was only 10 minutes or so walk to many great attractions like the London Eye, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament and many more. Would highly recommend...

"The hotel room was basic but clean - the only issue we had was that unfortunately, despite my booking stating we had breakfast included, the staff at the hotel kept saying that they could not see it on their booking. "Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"

Great Stay
"This was my first time staying at an airport hotel and I am so glad I stayed here the night before my flight! It was easy to reach from London via the Elizabeth line. Follow the signs to the hotel once you get off the train (fair warning it is about a 10 minute walk). My room was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and I had a restful sleep. If you need a meal and don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant. you can get a cheaper meal at the M&S Foods located in Terminal 2. Terminal 2 is about a 5 minute walk. Great when my flight was at 8:30AM! "
