"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

The Tate Gallery is a 5 minute walk away and it's just steps from the Victoria Embankment which makes a nice walk along the Thames. The room was clean, comfortable and the hot breakfast was a great start to the day. My wife and I would stay again."

The location is excellent, right next to Marble Arch and Hyde Park, with easy access to Oxford Street and the Underground. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it perfect for a short stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and efficient."

"The room was clean, pods exactly as expected. Staff helpful and attentive. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Cleaning team on top of it all at all hours. Whether restocking towels in vending machine or toilet rolls, hoovering or making showers spotless. Lounging area was great to sit, eat and just chill. Lack of tv was great as made you talk. Music was piped in lounge area and lifts. Was just right. Loved the experience, would go for a lower pod in future. Avoid stairs."
