Know that we were able to repair the item shortly after your departure and sincerely apologize that the instance impacted your stay. Know that we are reviewing best practices for our Maintenance team in order to avoid this from impacting other guests in the future. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Due to certain room types, it is hard to accommodate to certain request. I'm sorry we could not accommodate your request. Our double queens with balconies are located on the 2nd and third floor of the Cumberland wing. We do not have any traditional double queens located on those floors.
